Chibiusa is presented in this hand-painted 12 field production cel in her casual clothes with tears streaking down her face, displayed on a stunning Master background of a park, which is rendered in gouache on background board. The background has adhered to the back of the production cel, and it shows light tape wear on the bottom right corner. The cel has fading ink on the linework and very light surface scuffing.
