Bulma is ecstatic while time-traveling with the Z-Warriors in this superb animation drawing from Dragon Ball Z: Gather Together! Goku's World which developed specifically for the Terebikko hardware and was not aired as a traditional episode. It's an interactive VHS video game released in 1992 for the Terebikko, a toy telephone produced by Bandai, where players use the Terebikko's phone-like controller to answer multiple-choice questions posed by the characters which were voiced by the original Japanese voice cast. The special is set during the Cell Saga, specifically during the 10-day waiting period leading up to the Cell Games, and follows Goku and his friends (kid Gohan, Future Trunks, Bulma, and Krillin) as they travel back in time to review major events of the Dragon Ball timeline. This incredible hand-drawn image can be seen between the 21:51 - 21:56 timestamp of the special as the group jumps in time from the first climatic fight between Goku and Vegeta on Earth to the moment Porunga, the Namekian wish-granting dragon, was summoned on Namek during the Frieza Saga. Bulma is rendered in graphite with colored pencils on a 3-peg hole animation paper.
