Atlantis The Lost Empire : Wilhelmina Packard Original Animation Production Drawing (Walt Disney, 2001).
From Disney's 41st animated feature film Atlantis: The Lost Empire, we have this preliminary animation drawing of the charming Wilhelmina Packard, complete with cigarette and attitude as seen at about the 26:23 timestamp of the movie, showing the character in a different outfit to the one seen during the film, but performing the same movement throwing away her cigarette. Theatrically released 25 years ago on 6/15/2001, this animated film follows a young linguist in 1914 named Milo Thatch, grandson of the great Thaddeus Thatch, that joins an intrepid group of explorers to find the mysterious lost city of Atlantis. According to writer Tab Murphy, Mrs. Packard was conceived by producer Don Hahn, when in an early story meeting, he pitched the idea of a chain-smoking character, likening her to some of the characters that have been performed by Lily Tomlin. Rendered in graphite and colored pencil on 5-peg hole animation paper and numbered in the lower right corner.
