Lady and the Tramp : Jock Original Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1955).
Walt Disney's Lady and the Tramp (1955) is a delightful tale of an uptown cocker spaniel dog whose life is turned upside down with the arrival of a newborn baby in her human family but then meets a streetwise downtown mutt who knows a thing or two about the realities of life as a dog. The Scottish-terrier Jock was voiced by actor Bill Thompson (1913-1971). The animation of Jock was supervised by one of Disney's "Nine Old Men", Frank Thomas (1912-2004), also worked on other notable films such as Walt Disney's Robin Hood and TheAristocats. The masterfully hand drawn image of Jock can be seen approximately at 19:38 timestamp of the film as the trio of dogs slink away from the Darling estate. The illustration is rendered in graphite on 3-peg hole animation paper.
