A rare original 12 field 2-peghole animation drawing of Mickey Mouse and the Cannibal Chief, from the David Hand-directed short released on 8/10/32. The drawing of Mickey poking the chief who just swallowed the harmonica comes at the 4:30 mark. This Mickey and Pluto short featured the cannibals and Mickey playing musical instruments to the "Darktown Strutters Ball" song.
The paper used by Disney studios in the 1920s-1930s contains a distinctive watermark, visible in one of the photos, which further attests to its authenticity.
The condition is very good for the age of the drawing. There is a slight crease on the sheet (see photos).
