This is a very cool blue pencil drawing for various items featuring Chief Wiggum, from around the time of the show's ninth season. Clancy Wiggum is drawn on 12 field 3-peghole paper and is dated 12/17/1997 on the label. The overall condition is very good with minor handling wear. The merchandising department sticker adds an extra layer of authenticity to the drawing.
